Ermagod, times two.
Ermagod 1. If you ever told me I would start a piece of writing with this word I would have looked upon you with intense suspicion.
Ermagod 2. ERMAGOD IT IS THE PENULTIMATE WEEK OF MY 12 WEEK BBG JOURNEY (even though we all know it took way longer than 12 weeks and there is a chance I may delay my final week by a week, ha ha).
Ah the thrills and spills that have led me to this point! Have you guys clued in to the fact that I am slightly dramatic yet?
I am so so so excited to be writing this post. I’ve come a long way. Seriously this has been the longest almost 12 weeks ever. I took so many breaks between BBG workout weeks that I am not exactly sure how long it has taken me to get through this guide. At some point I will tally up exactly how long it took me to get to Week 12.
Once again I worked out six days in a row. My previous lack of structure was not due to the fact that I didn’t like working out, I think I just made following the program harder than it needed to be. Due to this I would end up delaying workouts, allow life to get in the way and all that other stuff that we do to self-sabotage. I feel great having worked out 6 days but started to feel a little under the weather by the end of the week so not sure if I will delay completing Week 12 (lol, SURPRISE) or solider on. Time will tell and I will keep you guys posted.
